I contacted Midlands Gold on Saturday 12/9/23 and spoke with Stephen who was very kind and understood how hard this was because it was dealing with my deceased mom's estate. He was very kind and set up a time for me to come in later that day to go over what kind of items I had. So I was kind of in a bind and I needed to cash in some gold. I looked online and saw this place. It had decent reviews and it was nearby. So I gave it a shot. They don't do pip ups. So I had to call in advance to set up a appt. I forgot the guys name. But he was very professional. Office was clean and he was very pleasant. Made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I thought he offered me a fair price for my gold. I liked out encounter. So i will definitely be going back in the future.

Went down and met with him. Great environment not someone who’s going to try to take all your money and or scam you. I will be a repeat customer definitely beyond five stars. To be honest, I don't usually write many reviews, but I genuinely felt at ease in that place and recognized it as a Christian-oriented family atmosphere.
