Great experience working with Steve. We have been holding on the various pieces of jewelry for over a decade and had wanted to put that value to better use, but dreaded the thought of haggling or being under valued due to our ignorance. Scheduled an appointment with Steve and he patiently and methodically evaluated each piece, explaining which had value in a quiet and relaxed office environment. Highly recommend for anyone needing this type of help.

Service is great! I didn't know that Saturday is by appointment but Stephen was still very accommodating about meeting with me. I did purchase the items for a little more than double the value and it wasn't a retail store thing. I honestly didn't want to have him stop by the business for nothing, so I went with the offer. Was a good bit lower than I thought.. just suggesting to get another estimate so you can have a really good idea of what you are able to get and not able to.
